The Academy of Country Music and dick clark productions announced the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards will open with an explosive performance by The Band Perry, and feature a slate of special performances by artists including Luke Bryan, Hunter Hayes, Miranda Lambert, George Strait, and Florida Georgia Line on the LIVE broadcast from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 8:00 PM live ET/delayed PT on the CBS Television Network.

Florida Georgia Line Announces Lineup For “This Is How We Cruise” Music Festival At Sea

Award-winning duo Florida Georgia Line, in partnership with Sixthman Ltd., announced the first ever “This is How We Cruise” music festival at sea, and they are bringing along their friends multi-platinum superstar Nelly, hot newcomer Thomas Rhett, Colt Ford, The Cadillac Three, Canaan Smith and Chris Lane. Artists will perform on multiple stages throughout the ship as well as host activities, intimate fan experiences and live on-stage collaborations aboard the Norwegian Pearl from November 8-12.

Chase Rice Steps “Into The Circle” And Makes Grand Ole Opry Debut

Rising country star Chase Rice has built an extensive fanbase headlining club shows across the country, but on Tuesday, March 25 he stepped “into the circle” for the first time, making his debut appearance at the hallowed Grand Ole Opry. Performing his current Top 40 single “Ready Set Roll,” as well as the crowd-pleasing “How She Rolls” and intimate ballad “Jack Daniel’s and Jesus,” Rice made a memorable impression on the nearly sold-out crowd.
