Dierks Bentley Releases New Single “Black” To Country Radio

Dierks Bentley has released a brand new single to country radio, “Black.” The new single is the title to his latest studio album, named after his wife’s maiden name. It is no doubt a sexy song, perhaps one of Bentley’s sexiest in his career as indicated by media outlets such as Associated Press and Rolling Stone.

“It’s no secret that this record is named after my wife, and she was both brave and generous to let me write about our relationship as the foundation of a lot of these songs,” said Bentley. “I’ve talked about how it explores some of the darker corners and edges of the heart, what happens in the black of night, and this song was really central to forming the rest of the project. It’s probably not what Cass expected when I told her I’d written a love song and named it after her, it’s more of an in-the-moment love song.”

Bentley will debut the new single for the first time on TV during Good Morning America live from Nashville on Wednesday, November 2.

BLACK is available at retail stores as well as digital music outlets, such as iTunes here.

Little Big Town Announces New Studio Album and Nashville Residency

Huge news coming out of Nashville today for Little Big Town. During a press conference at the iconic Ryman Auditorium, it was announced that the award winning band will launch “Little Big Town at the Mother Church” residency, which will include six nights in 2017 starting on February 24. This will serve as the first ever residency at the Ryman Auditorium.

“As musicians, there is no better feeling in the world than playing on the stage at the Ryman,” said Little Big Town’s Jimi Westbrook.  “To be given the opportunity to headline their first residency means so much to us as a band and we promise to make each night as memorable for the fans as possible.”

“To launch our 125th-anniversary celebration we wanted to do something new – a Ryman residency,” said Sally Williams, General Manager of the Ryman. “Little Big Town consistently bring to the table fresh, exciting creations. ‘Little Big Town at the Mother Church’ will be no exception.  We’re honored to celebrate this major milestone with them and to cement their place in Ryman history moving forward.”

Each show will be unique and will include different openers. For a complete list of residency dates and ticket information, please visit bit.ly/2e5PIws.

In addition to the news of LBT’s residency, the band is also set to release their seventh studio album, The Breaker, on February 24. Of their new album Karen Fairchild shares, “The Breaker is about letting go of things that break you, it’s about the new ground you try and break as a human being and as a musician.  Sometimes you’re the one that’s broken and sometimes you’re the breaker. It’s a sentimental record because we’re feeling super grateful for our friends and family and the chance to share the next chapter.”

The album will feature lead single “Better Man” which it was revealed today that it was written by Taylor Swift. The video for the hit single, directed by Becky Fluke and Reid Long, made its world premiere today as well.

Jana Kramer Delivers Energetic Jazz Performance on Week 8 of Dancing with the Stars

Jana Kramer spent her Halloween on the dance floor competing in week 8 of Dancing with the Stars. This week was full routines as the competitors had to learn three dances in addition to their solo routine.

Not only did Jana have to learn a brand new dance that she had never done before, but so did her partner Gleb Savchenko. In their package before the dance, Savchenko admitted that he never choreographed a jazz routine before. With a lot of hard work and effort on both parts, Team Glamer pulled off a fun-filled dance to “Little Shop Of Horrors,” earning all 9’s from the judges for a 27/30.

Once again this season, the competitors were dancing for immunity to guarantee their stay for another week. Only one couple could receive the coveted guarantee, while the remaining couples teamed up for a dance-off where the viewers at home on got to vote live which couple they liked best. Jana and Gleb chose to go up again Tera and Sasha for a Salsa dance off, and while it was close, Team Glamer walked away with the win.

Kramer’s growth throughout the competition has be strong, and she is currently fourth on the leaderboard. With only a few weeks left, the competition is getting fierce. Jana will go on to dance in week 9 of Dancing with the Stars, so be sure to tune-in on Monday, November 7 at 8pm ET.
