Muscadine Bloodline Release EP Title Track “Movin’ On”

Rising country duo Muscadine Bloodline has released their latest single, “Movin’ On.” Comprised of Gary Stanton and Charlie Muncaster, the duo co-wrote the new track alongside Cary Barlowe. In addition to the great news of the single release, “Movin’ On” also serves as the title track to the Muscadine Bloodline’s new EP set for release in April.

Rolling Stone Country debuted the first listen of “Movin’ On” and said the song included “emotive harmonies and atmospheric production.” Gary and Charlie plan to keep listeners engaged and shared with Rolling Stone Country, “Once you’re past the first chorus people are either over the song or not over the song, so we always want the song to move,” says Stanton. 

“In the second verse the guitar changes and has its own little riff, so we just like to let the song move where there’s a bunch of different parts and a bunch of different hooks, whether vocally or guitar driven. I feel like the more hooks the better.” Read more here.

Kristian Bush Launches New Podcast “Geeking Out! With Kristian Bush”

Wheelhouse Records’ recording artist and one-half of the Grammy-winning duo, Sugarland, Kristian Bush has announced the launch of his new podcast, Geeking Out! With Kristian Bush.” In each episode, Kristian will sit down with a guest to talk about something they’re obsessed with that has nothing to do with their job; he’ll also share an artist, song, or album that’s got him “geeking out.” Episode One features his friend and label-mate Granger Smith discussing his new favorite hobby: beekeeping.

With the goal of celebrating the fan in all of us, the 12-episode season will feature Kristian chatting with influential tastemakers and everyday people from all walks of life. Joining him for Season One are guests including Academy Award-winning screenwriter and Nashville creator Callie Khouri, actress, producer, and songwriter Rita Wilson, Jean-Claude Van Johnson star Kat Foster, country music journalist Hunter Kelly and more.

Kip Moore Premieres “Last Shot” Music Video

Multi-PLATINUM singer/songwriter Kip Moore is striking a chord, premiering his powerful music video for his new single “Last Shot,” exclusively with Entertainment Tonight, available to watch here. 

Directed by Moore’s longtime collaborator and friend PJ Brown, the narrative is an inspiring interpretation of the sentiment behind the track as it follows the poignant journey of a young girl as she faces the reality of her life being cut short, but with an uplifting outlook of making everyday count. “Last Shot” is the second single taken from Moore’s revered third studio album SLOWHEART and follows his fourth No. One hit “More Girls Like You.”
