Florida Georgia Line Teams Up with Jason Derulo For New Track “Women”

As Florida Georgia Line’s steamy “Talk You Out of It” continues to burn up the charts, the global superstar duo reunited with Jason Derulo for a special tribute to all of the “Women” who have shaped their lives. Penned by FGL’s Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley, alongside Derulo, David Garcia, and Josh Miller, “Women” is available now and featured on FGL’s much-anticipated fourth studio album, CAN’T SAY I AIN’T COUNTRY (BMLG Records), which officially debuts February 15.

Filmed in Los Angeles, at NightBird Recording Studios under the direction of Justin Clough, FGL and Derulo welcome viewers into the booth for an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into the making of “Women.” In the clip, the chart-topping collaborators share their inspiration behind the stunning piano-driven ballad as they set out to create “something soulful, something that’s real” (Hubbard) that captures the “beauty of their spirit” (Kelley) and is an “all-encompassing celebration” (Derulo) of females.

Jason Aldean Takes “Girl Like You” To The Top Of The Charts

Three-time and reigning ACM “Entertainer of the Year” Jason Aldean earns his 22nd career No. One as “Girl Like You” takes the top spot on the Mediabase/Country Aircheck Singles chart while it spends its second week atop Billboard’s Country Airplay this week.

Serving as the third consecutive multi-week chart topper from his record-breaking eighth studio album album REARVIEW TOWN (Broken Bow Records), the genre-blending song follows the success of his multi-week No. One “Drowns the Whiskey” featuring Miranda Lambert and the PLATINUM hit, “You Make It Easy.” Its “blustery production matches Aldean’s angst-filled vocal delivery” (Rolling Stone) once again “pushing the boundaries of country music” (USA Today)

“This album is such a big part of the last year for me,” said Aldean. “It also reminds me how badass the band, people behind the scenes and supporters like Country Radio are who continue to help me do this every day. And the fans, can’t thank you enough for taking this ride with us.”

Aldean will fuse this type of “emotion-driven country rock that earned him a spot as one of the top live performers” (UPROXX) on the road this summer with his 2019 RIDE ALL NIGHT TOUR launching May 3rd in Uncasville, CT, with special guests Kane Brown, Carly Pearce and Dee Jay Silver.
