Brantley Gilbert To Hit The Road On His 2019 Not Like Us Tour

When Brantley Gilbert gets his tour on, he goes out of his way to make sure it’s unlike anything he’s ever done. Having spent last fall on the road with Kid Rock, he wanted to take his own southern rock country to some new places on his 2019 Not Like Us Tour – bringing some different flavors to the ever faithful BG Nation, which kicks off June 20 at Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Joining the CMA Song of the Year nominee on the Not Like Us Tour will be traditional-leaning, country-pop superstar-in-the-making Michael Ray, known for “Get To You,” “One That Got Away,” “Kiss You In The Morning” and “Think A Little Less,” and the fiery, genre-blurring guitarist/vocalist Lindsay Ell, who joins Gilbert on his first male/female duet “What Happens In A Small Town,” as well as her own “Criminal” and “Shut Me Up.”

“I’m trying to open things up, but keep bringing the intensity,” Gilbert says of what might well be his most diverse line-up yet. “I think Michael really gets how guys feel, and rolls into a sound that’s all his own, and Lindsay, man, the only thing better than the way she sings is the way she plays that guitar! I am really fired up to be bringing both these folks out on the road this fall, because I know they’re gonna give the BG Nation something that’s gonna lift’em up, throw’em down, and make them glad they got there early.”

Having spent the last six months writing and working on his upcoming The Valory Music. Co. project, the full-throttle songwriter/outlier rocker is ready to get back on the road. With a tour concentrating on the East Coast and Midwest, it’s a chance to bring classics like “Bottoms Up,” “Miles of Memories,” “The Weekend,” “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do,” “Country Must Be Country Wide” and “One Hell of An Amen,” as well as road-testing some new music, to the ones who live his songs every day.

“People work hard for their money, and I take it very seriously when we come to town,” says the South Georgia-born and bred star. “Any time we hit that stage, we intend to give the people everything we’ve got. This new music is a whole new chapter of my life, and as much as the fans have been there for every step of this journey, I think – once again – they’re gonna know just what I’m singing, too.”

The spot will be running across NASCAR programming on Fox, FS1 and NBCSN until the Talladega race (April 28, 2pm/ET FOX). The tour of the same name is set to get off to a fast start with a few more dates to be announced. The man The New York Times raved, “comes on like a revving monster-truck engine, backed by heavy rock guitar” is fixing to bring it. HARDY Is “Rednecker” Than You In His New Music Video

Big Loud Records/Tree Vibez Music rebel HARDY is 100% “Rednecker” than you in the rough-and-tumble music video for his debut single.

The Philadelphia, MS, native took it back to his roots for the clip, showcasing what it means to hold the title “king of the rednecks” – mudding and mattress surfing behind his jacked up 4×4, shooting catfish out of a lake and paintballs at friends, shotgunning Busch Lights, and putting “a little more spit in (his) chaw,” contest style.

Directed by Justin Clough, the video was shot on a farm in Cottontown, TN, and features familiar faces, including some of HARDY’s songwriting pals Brett Tyler, Joe Clemmons and Benjy Davis. The rowdy group cut loose on the acreage, and proved once and for all that redneck isn’t just a word – it’s a lifestyle.

Next up for HARDY is a two-month, 18-city stint opening Florida Georgia Line’s nationwide CAN’T SAY I AIN’T COUNTRY TOUR this summer, kicking off June 13 in Rogers, AR. The breakout Country newcomer recently wrapped a run supporting Morgan Wallen on his wildly successful IF I KNOW ME TOUR, hitting 27 cities from coast-to-coast and entertaining more than 32,000 fans.

Riley Green Tops The Country Chart With Hit Single “There Was This Girl”

Riley Green can add chart-topper to his singer/songwriter status with another milestone as his debut single “There Was This Girl” (BMLG Records) claims the No. 1 spot on Mediabase Airplay this week. The Alabama native co-wrote the all-in, love-at-first-sight jam alongside Erik Dylan and clearly the feeling is mutual with Country radio listeners.

“I just want to thank everyone for the last year of my life,” says Green. “To go from framing houses back home to having the NUMBER ONE song in Country Music is pretty amazing. Huge shoutout to Country radio for playing my song, BMLG for believing in a kid from Alabama and Erik Dylan for writing this song with me. And I can’t thank my fans enough for supporting me from day one – hope to see you all on the road soon!”

As quickly as thoughts of a pretty smile can turn into those of buying a ring like “There Was This Girl” suggests, Green isn’t about to slow down with his music either. His next single “In Love By Now” ships to Country radio and became a crowd favorite at his live shows. Available at all digital partners, “There Was This Girl” also cements BMLG Records’ 30th No. 1 on the Country Airplay charts.

Green’s commitment to his fans is one of the reasons early on he built a steady following throughout the Southeast that has now expanded nationwide with his off-the-cuff charm, impressive live show and relatable songwriting. While continuing on his own headlining dates, he also prepares to join Brad Paisley on the road for the 2019 WORLD TOUR next month.

The Cadillac Three Returns With New Track “Crackin’ Cold Ones With The Boys”

Country music’s most amped and raucous trio bring their cheers, beers and hallelujah motto from the road to the airwaves with today’s release of “Crackin’ Cold Ones With The Boys.” The Cadillac Threeis back on the top of playlists with their aptly-title new single and live music video, out now on Big Machine Records.

The Music City natives – Jaren Johnston (Guitar & Lead Vocals), Kelby Ray (Lap Steel Guitar) and Neil Mason (Drums, Percussion & Vocals) – enlisted their road crew Jefferson Brown, Benjamin Dunn, Chris Grainger and Brandon Wootten to complete the boozy party anthem while out on the road for their COUNTRY FUZZ TOUR, one of many headline treks taking TC3’s tunes across the globe.

“We had a random studio day where our engineer and I had a few hours before the other guys arrived, and we cut some drum grooves,” recalls Neil. “Later, Jaren and I pulled them up on the bus while we were in Vegas and he started writing the lyrics. Our band and crew have this ongoing joke about how it’s time to ‘crack some cold one with the boys’ so we ran with that. The song was finished an hour or two later so … we drank some beers!”

Filmed at St. Andrews Hall in Detroit, MI alongside director Dylan Rucker, Rolling Stone premiered the music video affirming, “Much like the band itself, ‘Crackin’ Cold Ones With the Boys’ is a loose, party-ready jam that celebrates the camaraderie of the road — and drinking beers at the end of sweaty gig.”

TC3 has developed a loyal fanbase since the days of jamming in their parents’ basements in high school over a decade ago. But not just the environment has transformed, so has the way they create music – even recording portions of their last full-length effort, LEGACY, from the bus – and release content.

“We spend almost every week out on tour and the interaction that happens from the stage to the floor is the reason we do what we do,” shares Neil. “When we thought about what we wanted to do for our video, we decided to take a few cameras out on the road and film the live show because our fans always come to party. And, that’s everything the song is about!”
