Randy Houser Shares Live Performance Videos of New Album Tracks Exclusively With Vevo

Vevo announces the release of Randy Houser‘s live performances for “Our Hearts” and “No Stone Unturned”. The Mississippi native is one of the biggest names in modern country music, with a inimitable voice that the New York Times describes as “wholly different, thicker and more throbbing, a caldron bubbling over.”

“Our Hearts” and “No Stone Unturned” come off his new album Magnolia, released in January. Magnolia is a clear deviation from his mainstream country past, with Houser choosing to self-funded the album, anticipating that he would be told it was too uncommercial.

Fortunately, his label agreed to release, with press and fans alike praising his new stripped-down that emphasized his powerful vocals. Rolling Stone was particularly impressed, calling Houser‘s voice “a terrific instrument, capable of an affecting tenor tone that is canonically country, but also of absurd grows and double-take-inducing low notes that have gone out of fashion in nearly every corner of popular music.”

Magnolia is available now on all streaming platforms, and be sure to keep up with exclusive content from artists all over the world on YouTube.com/Vevo.

Carrie Underwood’s Hit Anthem “The Champion” Featuring Ludacris Certified Platinum

One year after garnering worldwide attention opening NBC’s Super Bowl LII, Carrie Underwood’s hit event anthem, “The Champion,” featuring Ludacris, has been certified Platinum by the RIAA.  Underwood co-wrote “The Champion” with fellow songwriters Brett James, Chris DeStefano, and Christopher Bridges PKA Ludacris, who Underwood asked to collaborate on the event song produced by Jim Jonsin. NBC Sports also incorporated “The Champion” into its coverage of the 2018 Olympic Winter Games.

Globally, “The Champion” reached No. 1 on the iTunes Top Songs chart in 10 countries including the U.S. where it held the top spot throughout its release week then rose back to the top of the chart for four consecutive days after the Super Bowl LII opening. The song also debuted Top 5 on the all-genre Top 200 Digital Songs chart and reached No. 7 on the Spotify US Viral 50 Chart with over 151 million streams to date.  The poignant and powerful montage video, directed by Jimmy Lynch, won CMT’s 2018 Video Music Award for Female Video of the Year.  Fans around the world continue to share their own champion-inspired photos and videos across social media using #TheChampion, a key driver to the song’s organic success.

Additionally, “The Champion” is featured as a bonus track on Underwood’s critically-acclaimed, Gold-certified sixth studio album, Cry Pretty. Released in September 2018, Underwood’s first studio album on Capitol Records Nashville, debuted at No. 1 on both the Billboard 200 and Top Country Album Charts and was the biggest all-genre debut by a female in 2018.

Co-produced by Underwood and writer/producer David Garcia, that debut earned Underwood a place in music history as the only woman to land four country albums at the top of the all-genre Billboard 200 chart, as well as the first female country act to top the Billboard Artist 100 Chart. The album was the best-selling Country album debut of 2018, as well as the biggest Country album debut since 2015 and the biggest female Country album debut since 2012. Cry Pretty’s debut week also marked the most first week streams by any female in Country music. It is Underwood’s seventh consecutive album to debut at No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart, representing all of her first seven albums including her Greatest Hits: Decade #1.

Underwood, who is nominated for Country Artist of the Year at the upcoming iHeartRadio Music Awards, was also Apple Music’s most-streamed Country female artist for 2018.  Cry Pretty debuted as the fifth most-streamed Country album in genre history and had the highest solo female debut for all music in 2018.  It recently hit #1 again on the Country Album Charts in January, 2019.  The second single from the album, “Love Wins,” continues to climb the charts.

The seven-time Grammy winner and Pollstar’s three-time top female country touring artist will kick off a new arena tour, The Cry Pretty Tour 360, this Spring.  Sponsored by CALIA, the tour will kick off on May 1 in Greensboro, NC, and will play 55 arenas across the U.S. and Canada and will be promoted by AEG Presents.  She will be joined on tour by special guests Maddie & Tae and Runaway June.

Justin Moore Unveils Music Video For Latest Single “The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home”

Multi-PLATINUM-selling Country artist Justin Moore debuted the video for “The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home” yesterday (2.5) with PEOPLE, and it’s available everywhere now. This is the lead single from his fifth studio album, LATE NIGHTS AND LONGNECKSdue April 26 via The Valory Music Co.

Each night on stage prior to singing his chart-topping hit “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away,” Moore thanks those who risk their lives daily for others — military, first responders (police, EMTs, firefighters) and nurses. Now, he says teachers unfortunately fall into the category.

Reflecting on how small tragedies in schools, first-responder situations and military effect the full community, Moore wrote “The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home” alongside longtime producer Jeremy Stover, Paul Digiovanni (Boys Like Girls), and Chase McGill (Little Big Town, Kenny Chesney, Cole Swindell).

Directed by Cody Villalobos, a former EMT, the video features real fire fighters and former policemen as actors, and the classroom is a replica from an elementary school in Nevada. Coincidentally, the piece was filmed on Veterans Day 2018, and former military personnel were on set to help with details on how to wear the gear and the use of the equipment.

Moore kicked off 2019 with a headline tour supported by Cody Johnson, Eric Paslay and Riley Green on select dates, and he’s gearing up for extensive touring this Fall. For tickets and more info, visit justinmooremusic.com.
