Florida Georgia Line Scores 13th No.1 Song with “God, Your Mama, and Me” featuring Backstreet Boys

Superstar duo Florida Georgia Line have just scored their 13th career #1 song, peaking at the top of both Billboard and Country Aircheck/Mediabase Country Airplay charts this week with their heartfelt ballad, “God, Your Mama, And Me” (featuring Backstreet Boys).

“Wow. Country radio, you have made this the best Monday morning,” shares Tyler Hubbard. “Finding out that ‘God, Your Mama, And Me’ went #1 is surreal – really cool to be a part of Backstreet Boys’ first Country #1!”

Brian Kelley adds, “If you told me growing up that I would share a #1 song with BSB, I would have told you to get outta here! Dream big, work hard, surround yourself with an amazing team and anything is possible.”

Hitmakers Josh Kear, Hillary Lindsey and Gordie Sampson wrote “God, Your Mama, And Me,” a lush sonic tapestry of unconditional love and spirituality, which elevated to instant-classic status with the inclusion of Backstreet Boys. Harmonizing alongside FGL, this is the first time the ‘90s Pop idols have contributed to a Country single.

“We’re fans of each other and that’s one of the reasons why the song works so well,” says Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter. “I’m glad it’s with these boys that we just reached #1 at Country radio for the first time.”

The Platinum-certified track marks another highpoint in FGL’s unprecedented career, as all three singles from the duo’s DIG YOUR ROOTS album (BMLG Records) have now reached the top spot. Their consecutive trifecta of #1s also includes mega hits “H.O.L.Y.” and “May We All” (featuring Tim McGraw).

Dierks Bentley Releases New Single “What The Hell Did I Say” To Country Radio

Multi-PLATINUM singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley released “What the Hell Did I Say” as the fourth single from his critically acclaimed and top selling album BLACK (Capitol Records Nashville). The infectious track follows three consecutive No. Ones from the album, including the GOLD certified title-track and the PLATINUM certified hits “Somewhere On A Beach” and “Different For Girls,” proving once again Bentley’s “effortless balance of radio-ready polish, traditional flavor and artistry” (Houston Chronicle).

“We named the tour after this song hoping that it would be a single this summer because it perfectly captures the anything-goes spirit out there this year,” said Bentley. “It’s crazy right now with Cole and Pardi…every night is better than the one before…just when you think it can’t get any more fun, it does. I’ve worked my whole career to have a tour like this one.”

As the song that inspired this year’s tour hits radio and summer touring season kicks off, more than half a million fans have already flooded sold-out arenas across North America in 2017 for Bentley’s “live show that tends to double down on fun.” (The Boston Globe).

Bentley’s 2017 WHAT THE HELL WORLD TOUR with special guests Cole Swindell and Jon Pardi returns to the road with stops in Jacksonville, FL (7/13), Raleigh, NC (7/14) and Virginia Beach, VA (7/15). For more information and a full list of tour dates, visit www.dierks.com.

Bobby Bones Inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame

Bobby Bones, host of iHeartMedia’s The Bobby Bones Show, will be honored with induction into the National Radio Hall Of Fame as the youngest ever inductee, joining the ranks of radio greats such as Dick Clark, Paul Harvey, Larry King, Howard Stern and Bob Kingsley.

Nominated in the “Music Format On-Air Personality” category along with Sean “Hollywood” Hamilton, Guy Phillips and Ryan Seacrest, Bones was the only representative in the country genre. With the decision in the hands of radio listeners, voting took place June 5-19. The official induction ceremony will take place Thursday, November 2nd.

The Nashville community and devoted country listenership rallied around Bones, encouraging people to vote for him. Artists including Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley and Little Big Town donned “VOTE BOBBY” t-shirts, while many others voiced their support on social media.

Landing his first radio gig in his home state of Arkansas at age 17, Bones’ hard work and dedication in the industry led him to success as “the most powerful man in country music” (Forbes). After The Bobby Bones Show originally launched in Austin, it quickly establishing itself as the city’s top-rated morning show. Since moving to Nashville in 2012, the show has become a nationally-syndicated radio program with 100+ affiliates, and Bones has developed a loyal audience of more than 5 million listeners weekly. Bones also was named ACM National On-Air Personality of the Year in 2014 and 2016, following multiple honors at the Austin Music Awards, including Best Radio Personality and Best Radio Program.

Bones recently announced the second leg of his “hilarious” (Tennessean) FUNNY & ALONE STAND UP COMEDY TOUR, following a run of more than 15 sold-out shows earlier this year. Leg two is set to launch June 30 in Fort Wayne, IN with tickets on sale now. For more information, visit: www.bobbybonescomedy.com. Chase Rice Announces Lambs & Lions Tour Dates In Support Of Forthcoming Album

Chase Rice knows who he is as artist; and who he’s not. And he is set to release a new album, Lambs & Lions, with a new label partner BBR Music Group/BMG, and kick off a coast-to-coast “Lambs and Lions Tour” that strikes at the heart of what the industry outlier believes about reaching fans and making music that reflects more than the just the bravado that garnered the North Carolina native national acclaim.

With the confidence that comes from writing and playing from a deeper emotional well, Rice is launching the “Lambs and Lions Tour” in Boone, N.C. at Appalachian State University. It ends two continents, three countries, six months, five support acts and 30 tour dates later at Atlanta’s Buckhead Theatre. In between, he is playing gritty clubs, festivals, arenas, and some of the most revered music venues in the country. Unapologetic and fiercely independent, Rice is clearly comfortable in his own skin and on any stage.

As stated in an article by Marissa Moss in Rolling Stone, his current musical path “is a chance for him to move past bro-dom, experiment with new sounds and textures, and discuss much more than just the party. It’s about finding faith in relationships and learning how to persevere when things get a little tough, and is also an emotional dip into the world of an artist who, like many of his peers, was dismissed before he could reach a lot deeper.”

Rice has been one of country music’s most exciting figures since arriving in Nashville. He co-wrote Florida Georgia Line’s megahit Diamond certified “Cruise” and his 2014 major label debut album, Ignite the Night, opened at No. 1 and yielded two Top 5 hits with “Ready Set Roll” and “Gonna Wanna Tonight,” in addition to more than 900,000 in album sales. Rice initially released “Ready Set Roll” through his own Dack Janiels label and later partnered with Columbia Nashville for a wider release, though he never gave up control of his music to sign a long-term deal.

He signed with BBR Music Group because of the label’s proven track record of fostering an independent spirit while still helping deliver hits for its acts including Jason Aldean, Dustin Lynch, Randy Houser, and Granger Smith, all artists who began as independents and continue to chart their own paths with millions of songs and albums sold.

The 31-year-old singer-songwriter has had eclectic life for inspiration, playing football at the University of North Carolina, serving as a NASCAR pit crew member, even a role on a season of Survivor, all before finding success as a singer/songwriter/entertainer. His unrivaled live show has led to numerous sold out tours, a slot performing on Kenny Chesney’s stadium tour stops in 2015, and to ESPN’s Marty Smith noting in that sense, “Rice is an anomaly.”

“I’m thrilled to be back in Atlanta and honored to play the first concert in Mercedes-Benz Stadium,” says Brooks. “I’ve visited the stadium twice in the last month and all I can say is – the fans are going to love it; it’s truly one-of-a-kind.  We’re going to create a special experience the fans will never forget and I can’t wait to light that place up this fall!”
