Multi-talented country singer, songwriter Jessie James Decker kicks off her “Lights Down Low” concert tour February 25th, 2016, in Dallas, Texas at the House of Blues. The 10 date tour will visit cities throughout the US including Chicago, Houston, Nashville, New York and wrapping in Anaheim, CA on April 2nd.
