Country Music Month is ahead and Amazon Music is all about celebrating the genre. Throughout the month of October, Amazon Music is bringing a lineup packed with new music, special performances, artist stories, podcasts, rising stars and so much more. Some of country’s biggest stars will be featured on Amazon Music throughout the month, including Kenny Chesney, Riley Green, Lainey Wilson, Miranda Lambert, Stella Lefty, Elizabeth Nichols, Orville Peck, The Red Clay Strays, Shaboozey and more.
Additionally, Amazon Music is featuring an exclusive series of four original songs to celebrate Country Music Month. First up is Riley Green with his new Amazon Music Original, “She Wrecked Me,” which is out now! Following Green will be Orville Peck, putting his spin on Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You” on October 16. Then, The Red Clay Strays will release a reimagined version of “Forgive” on October 23. To close out the series, Elizabeth Nichols will take on Rihanna’s “Take a Bow” on October 30.
Amazon Music will also feature its Songline series throughout Country Music Month. The series will feature Miranda Lambert on October 6 and Shaboozey on October 16, giving fans a chance to dive in with the artists and songwriters as they share the stories behind their music and perform reimagined versions of their songs.
Following her No. 1 hit “Boston,” Stella Lefty will also be featured on Amazon Music after being selected as the newest artist in the Breakthrough Artist Development Program. A custom campaign will launch featuring original content, programming, fan experiences & more which will further introduce Stella to even more music fans around the world.
There will also be a very special virtual concert series featuring Miranda Lambert, Lainey Wilson and Shaboozey as Amazon Music teams up with Musicians On Call (MOC) to bring music to patients, families and caregivers in healthcare environments across the country. MOC is such a special organization, and this partnership with Amazon Music will hopefully shine even more light on a cause that brings music and comfort to so many during trying times.
