Is a Florida Georgia Line reunion on the horizon in 2026? That remains to be seen, or should we say heard, but based on the “breadcrumbs” we’ve been seeing, it certainly feels possible.
The speculation first started at the CMA Awards this past November, when both Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard shared the same photo on their Instagram pages, posing alongside their beautiful wives. We hadn’t seen them all together, at least in a photo or really otherwise, since the duo’s split back in 2022.
Prior to the Christmas holiday, Tyler Hubbard was a guest on the Human School Podcast where he shared his view on why FGL parted ways. The episode can be heard here. Back in May of 2024, Brian Kelley shared his perspective about the split on Bussin with the Boys. That episode can be heard here. Both artists confirmed that a major reason for the split was related to not being able to come to an agreement about solo careers while being part of a duo.
Fuel was added to the reunion rumors on New Year’s Day when Kelley posted a video of a hike he and Hubbard took together. The clip quickly caught the attention of many, both fans and fellow artists alike. Jason Aldean jumped into the comments with wide eye emojis, 👀👀👀, while Hardy quipped “Do I need to start writing FGL songs again”, which serves as a valid question at this point. Ashley Cooke also commented on the video with, “okay 2026 is already better”, and Ernest summed it up well with “The hike heard round the world.” Many more comments were posted and all seem to share the same sentiment.

No official word has been made on whether they will join forces together again musically, but…. we’re putting it on our 2026 bingo card just in case! Regardless if there is a reunion or not, it was great to see two friends come together again.
