Miranda Lambert has officially announced her next studio album, Crisco, set to arrive October 2. Produced by Lambert alongside Jesse Frasure, the 12-track project celebrates the many sides of country music, blending everything from heartfelt storytelling and classic honky-tonk to reflective ballads and carefree anthems.
Describing the album as an honest reflection of who she is as an artist, Lambert says “I’ve always loved every corner of country music. The heartbreak songs, the honky-tonk songs, the songs that make you think and the songs that make you dance.
“Making this record reminded me that those things don’t have to be separated. We followed the songs wherever they wanted to go, trusted our instincts and ended up with something that feels really fun and really honest to who I am.”
The album features 12 tracks, including the previously released title track “Crisco,” her duet with Chris Stapleton, “A Song To Sing,” and the newly released “Till The Going’s Gone,” the latest preview of the upcoming album.
Fans can also look forward to Lambert’s take on Jim Croce’s classic, “I’ll Have To Say I Love You In A Song,” when Crisco arrives this fall. The full track listing can be found below.
