Triple Tigers recording artist Russell Dickerson is gearing up for the release of his fourth studio album, FAMOUS BACK HOME, on August 22nd. The new collection of music features 12 solid tracks, 10 of which Dickerson co-wrote, and 2 outside written tracks which serves as a first for the singer/songwriter.
Famous Back Home captures the signature “Russell Vibe” that we’ve come to know and love over the years. With Famous Back Home, Russell really takes it to the next level, both lyrically & sonically, further cementing his place as a powerhouse storyteller.

During a press day we asked Russell about his album titled track and if he knew right away that it would be the title of his album, or if it came later in the process.
“Oh, I would say maybe even beforehand,” Russell shared. “You never know if going into a write if it’s gonna be a good one, right?, so I was really hoping. I saved that title, which was my wife’s title by the way, saved that for like mine and with the people I could trust the most which was Casey Brown and Parker Welling. But yeah, I think that was already in talks of like, you know, that juxtaposition of the title. I thought, I just knew and I had a feeling that it was headed that direction”
