Country Music was center stage, or should we say center field, at iconic baseball field Fenway Park this past Saturday night, July 19th, as Thomas Rhett brought his Better in Boots Tour to the city of Boston. Over 35,000 fans packed the historic field for a sold-out concert that was no doubt an incredible night. Adding to the evening were special guests Teddy Swims, Tucker Wetmore and The Castellows, who each delivered their own unique flair to the stage.

“Saturday at Fenway was the craziest thing ever,” said Thomas Rhett. “I have so many great memories in Boston, but I have dreamt about headlining Fenway my entire career. So, standing there with over 35,000 fans dancing and singing back to me will be etched in my brain for the rest of my life…I love you Boston!”

Earlier in the day before his show, Rhett was surprised with a crystal statuette and plaque for hit single “Die A Happy Man.” The song is officially certified DIAMOND by the RIAA which mean 10 million units have been sold and is the 15th country song to reach this impressive status. And it doesn’t stop there for Thomas Rhett, he was also honored with a RIAA GOLD certification for “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Woman” with Teddy Swims.

Pretty sure it is safe to say Thomas Rhett’s Saturday was equivalent to hitting a home run, a home run in boots that is!
