Mutli-PLATINUM singer/songwriter Kip Moore is following up his recent No. One smash hit “More Girls Like You,” with his “smoldering” (Rolling Stone) new single “Last Shot.”  The metaphor-driven and reflective ballad, co-written by Moore with Dan Couch and David Lee Murphy, is one of the most added songs at country radio this week and the second single taken from his third studio album “SLOWHEART,” praised by critics across the country as he “blends the passion and connection for which he’s known with a new self-awareness that will speak to both commercial and underground audiences” (USA Today.)

As Moore continues to garner acclaim for SLOWHEART, with Billboard noting the record “shines a light on his more sensitive side,” he is also sharing more insight into the process of making the album with his vulnerable documentary THE JOURNEY TO SLOWHEART, out now.

Available to watch via VEVO now and on Qello, the documentary was created by Moore with his best friend and video director, PJ Brown.  The refreshingly raw piece follows Moore as he returns to his hometown of Tifton, GA, as he reflects on his childhood and the importance of his family in shaping the artist he is today.  Fans will also get a glimpse into the recording process behind Moore’s latest release with behind-the-scenes footage in the studio, as well as a look into his travels earlier this year that took him to Iceland, Costa Rica and more.

Moore is currently undertaking his headlining PLEAD THE FIFTH TOUR with special guest Drake White. With no signs of slowing down this year, he will also hit the road with Randy Rogers and Wade Bowen for a limited run this December as part of a special solo acoustic stint dubbed TALL TALES AND THE TRUTH TOUR, kicking off in Denver, CO on 12/7.
