Country Superstar Billy Currington is gearing up to chase the winter blues away. He’s set to embark on his Summer Forever Tour starting mid-February which will also feature rising artist Kelsea Ballerini on select dates.
What can fans expect on Currington’s Summer Forever Tour? “I think they can expect a really good time” Billy reveals. In addition, he’s really excited to have Ballerini out on the road with him.
“I love her, she’s got so much excitement around her and positive energy” Currington shares. “Seeing all the excitement around just her alone is going to be beautiful. Us together, we’re going to bring in that good vibe. We’ve both have what I think is happy, fun songs that make you want to move. We look forward to some great shows this year!”
One thing is for certain, you can definitely plan on hearing Currington’s hit single “Must Be Doin’ Somethin’ Right” each night. “That song is definitely the one that I couldn’t leave without playing. It was my very first number 1, and it was my favorite video that I’ve ever been a part of.”
With the 20+ dates just around the corner, Billy is gearing up and preparing for the Summer Forever Tour. He’s already pretty active between surfing and running the beach, but it becomes a bit more routine for him now. “When you know you’re going to be in lots of picture, you’ve got to tighten up just a little bit more!” Billy laughs.
