CMA New Artist of the Year nominee Thomas Rhett debuted the music video for his new single “Make Me Wanna” exclusively on People.com.
“Making this video put me a little outside my comfort zone,” said Thomas Rhett. “I wanted it to have a little swagger in a loose, fun way and reflect that sort of Bee Gees feel the song has. I’ve never claimed to be a dancer, but me and my band love to goof off on stage, especially to this song. I wanted the video to reflect that and let everyone know it’s OK to shake your hips a little bit.”
Directed by TK McKamy and recently shot in Nashville, the video features different sides of Thomas Rhett both on and off stage in what appears to be one seamless take.
“Make Me Wanna” is the new single off Thomas Rhett’s debut album IT GOES LIKE THIS (The Valory Music Co.), which has already spawned two consecutive Platinum-certified No. one hits. He will hit the road wtih Justin Moore beginning Oct. 23 in Columbia, MO. For more information and for a full list of tour dates, visit www.thomasrhett.com.
