Blaster Records artist Chuck Wicks is teaming up with Country Weekly to host the magazine’s annual Country Weekly Kick-Off Party powered by NASH. The magazine’s pre-celebration for the 2014CMA Music Festival will take place on June 3, at its new location, Nashville’s Mercy Lounge. Wicks will also join the performance lineup, which already includes two of today’s hottest country stars – Kip Moore and Frankie Ballard.

All proceeds from the show will benefit Musicians On Call, a non-profit organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. In the past eight years, Country Weekly has teamed up with the organization for multiple fundraisers to help support the charity’s mission.

“Teaming up with Country Weekly to help benefit Musicians on Call sounds like a great way to kick off CMA Fest to me,” shares Wicks. “I’m looking forward to sharing the stage with Kip Moore and Frankie Ballard and also getting my crack at hosting duty. Should be a fun night for everyone.”

Tickets are on sale now for the event sponsored by Durango and Roper with General Admission $30. All attendees will enjoy a red carpet arrival complete with bright lights and a backdrop for photos. Doors open at 7:00P with the music cranking up at 8:00P.
