Country’s new kid on the block Morgan Wallen will have hands waving and heads bobbing “Up Down” as he unleashes his latest single, featuring BMLG Records’ Florida Georgia Line, at all digital retailers

The Tennessee native’s fun-loving personality is the star of the laid-back track, a tribute to downhome living – and partying – with the multi-PLATINUM duo’s Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard exchanging verses with the up-and-comer and rounding out the sing-along chorus.

Using the beach-combing accompanying music video to launch its new Hot Country Vertical Video feature, Spotify premiered the vertical version of the sun-drenched clip. Meanwhile People.com gave readers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Orange Beach, AL shoot. The video’s full wide-angle version is slated to drop October 20.

“Five years ago, I never would have thought that I would have them on my song,” Wallen told People.com. “It’s really kind of crazy how it all unfolded, and I can’t wait to get it out for the rest of the world to see.”

Penned by Brad Clawson, Michael Hardy, and CJ Solar, “Up Down” will hit Country Radio airwaves November 27 and is a taste of Wallen’s upcoming debut album, expected early next year on Big Loud Records. Always true to himself, the kerosene-soaked anthem is a fitting follow-up to his biographical Top 30 debut single “The Way I Talk,” which achieved max spins on Sirius XM’s The Highway.

The rambunctious newcomer has also made a name for himself as an in-demand songwriter with recent cuts by Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Dustin Lynch, and A Thousand Horses.

Recognized as one of Rolling Stone’s “10 New Country Artists you Need to Know Now,” the magnetic performer will continue to enthrall sell-out crowds opening for FGL’s THE SMOOTH TOUR 2017 before hitting the road with label mate and breakout star Chris Lane for Lane’s TAKE BACK HOME TOUR throughout the fall. He’ll wrap the year as support for Granger Smith’s DON’T TREAD ON ME TOUR.
