Luke Bryan is gearing up for a major performance this weekend as he is set to perform the National Anthem at the Super Bowl. With millions of people anticipated to watch the Big Game, Bryan is currently in Houston getting ready for this massive milestone at NRG Stadium in Houston.
This momentous occasion is a dream come true for the two-time ACM and CMA Entertainer of the Year. “The opportunity to perform the National Anthem at the Super Bowl is something that I can honestly say I’ve probably dreamed of ever since I was a kid. To wake up and things that you’ve dreamed of are right in front of you, it’s pretty powerful,” says Luke. “I’m just excited about the opportunity to go out there and honor America, honor our country, honor our troops, and I will certainly be excited to hit the last note and not be so nervous anymore and go enjoy a football game.”
Be sure to tune-in and watch Luke Bryan perform “The Star-Spangled Banner” before the start of the Big Game. Super Bowl LI will broadcast live on FOX starting at 6:30pm ET.
