On the heels of their current Top 20 and climbing Country Billboard single “I Love This Life,” rising country duo LOCASH releases their first six-track E.P., I Love This Life, with new label, Reviver Records, now available on iTunes, Amazon and other digital retailers nationwide.
To celebrate, the duo will participate in a LIVE Facebook chat tonight, Friday, October 30, 2015, at 5 p.m. EDT / 4 p.m. CDT to promote the I Love This Life EP. During the chat, they will release an exclusive behind-the-scenes video about their journey on the road.
The duo’s highest-charting single to-date, “I Love This Life,” is steadily climbing the charts at No. 19 on the Country Billboard charts this week. It was also the No. 4 most downloaded song on October 29 on PlayMPE. I Love This Life will feature the hit radio single as well as fan favorites “Shipwrecked” and “I Know Somebody.”
The I Love This Life E.P., produced by Lindsay Rimes and David Ross, will be their first new album release since their self-titled debut in 2013 and on their new label Reviver Records.
“There have been a lot of misconceptions about our music. Some people think we sound this way, or some people think we sound that way, and that’s fine, but we’re here this time to make sure everyone knows exactly what we sound like,” said the duo’s Preston Brust.
As songwriters, they’ve celebrated a pair of hit singles with “You Gonna Fly” (by Keith Urban), which topped the charts, and the Top 10 “Truck Yeah” (by Tim McGraw), among others for artists like Joe Nichols, Parmalee and Scotty McCreery.
The track listing for I Love This Life includes:
1.) “I Love This Life” (P. Brust, C. Janson, C. Lucas, D. Myrick)
2.) “I Know Somebody” (R. Copperman, J. Stover, R. Akins)
