While in NYC for his packed out DAYS OF GOLD 2014 tour stop Friday night (5/30) at Hammerstein Ballroom, chart-topping vocalist Jake Owen celebrated the RIAA GOLD certification of his current Top 10-and-climbing hit “Beachin’.”
Selling over 500,000 copies in the U.S. alone, the party anthem marks his fastest selling single and is from his latest album DAYS OF GOLD (RCA Nashville) produced by Joey Moi. Label executives and management surprised Jake with the golden news during a pre-show toast backstage.
A natural entertainer, Jake is lauded for his must-see headline shows. Complete with tiki bars, Riverside Cafe set and fans decked in bathing suits, the 75-city plus DAYS OF GOLD tour runs through October and wraps in his hometown of Vero Beach, FL.
