Country artist Stephen Wilson Jr. has such a cool vibe and edge to him, and now he’s giving fans a chance to capture a little of that swagger. The singer-songwriter has teamed up with DIFF Eyewear and release a limited edition collection of glasses featuring two handcrafted frame designs inspired by his guitars, his story, and his signature style.
This collection is much more than simply putting his name on a pair of sunglasses. Wilson helped create frames filled with personal touches that longtime fans will immediately recognize, making each pair feel like an extension of the artist himself.
The Calico Creek frame is inspired by Stephen’s beloved Takamine C136S nylon-string guitar, often referred to as his “forever guitar.” The bold frame features a custom metal plaque modeled after the guitar’s hardware, and has an engraved rose-and-vine design which pays tribute to his signature hat that he wears.
The I’m A Song frame takes inspiration from the guitars that have helped shape Stephen’s sound. The frame is a fresh take on the classic aviator style, featuring corner detailing which features a unique pattern completed with vintage-inspired hardware.inspired by a guitar’s sound hole, paired with vintage-inspired hardware that gives the frame a timeless feel.
Several options are available in each style, including prescription lenses, making the collection as practical as it is stylish.
It’s clear a lot of thought went into every detail of these designs. They serve as a natural extension of Stephen Wilson Jr.’s artistry, with each element telling part of his story, much like the songs that continue to connect with fans.
