New music reality show, The Road, premiered this past weekend on CBS and is streaming on Paramount +. The new reality show is highlighting 12 talented, hand picked artists to compete each week as opening acts for country superstar Keith Urban.

While we’re all a fan of concerts and love the production that brings the moment to life, we don’t often [basically never] see the folks who put everything together so we as fans can enjoy an incredible show. That’s where Carhartt steps in.

In partnership with The Road, Carhartt is shining a well deserved spotlight on the skilled workers in the music industry who make what we see at each show possible. To honor these trades and skillful workers, Carhartt launched an epic 5 minute short film showcasing the various crews that are needed to make the tour possible.

Throughout the season of The Road, 6 additional episodes will be unveiled capturing the hardworking moments of building stages, rigging up the lights, tuning the sound systems and so much more.

Without the skills of these professionals, we would not have what we see at every concert event. Hats off to Carhartt for shining the spotlight on the behind the scenes of the touring industry and giving each of these workers their moment to shine.
