Country Rocker Koe Wetzel traded his guitar and microphone to put on a headset as he clocked in for a shift at Raising Cane’s headquarters near Dallas, TX. Making sure everything ran smoothly, Raising Cane’s founder Todd Graves was nearby keeping an eye on things – or more specifically Koe!
Wetzel and Graves go way back, from watching the Super Bowl together, hanging out a music festivals, their annual trip to Montana and much more, including Todd giving Koe a tattoo – yes you read that right! Somehow Koe convinced Todd to tattoo a chicken finger on his thigh which turned out to look more like the state of Kentucky! Check out the viral video here.
Their friendship runs deep and it was more than evident as they relived some moments during a press conference.
“Todd and I both love the outdoors and a good time, and we’ve built some great memories over the years,” said Wetzel. “He’s a solid guy who gives back a ton, and I’m proud to be part of the Raising Cane’s family.”
Graves spoke highly of Wetzel and shared, “I’ve been a big fan of Koe’s music for a long time. He’s stayed true to his sound, and that authenticity has earned him huge respect in Nashville and across the country scene. We first connected at the Super Bowl Cane’s suite and hit it off right away. Koe’s got vision, drive, and passion—qualities I really admire. I love being around people who chase their dreams, and that’s something we definitely have in common.”
