Jackie is inviting one lucky fan and his or her guest to join him and his friends Randy Rogers Band, Jake Owen, Kip Moore and many others for a weekend in Chicago. The winning fan will hang with Jackie backstage, receive VIP passes to the festival and hotel accommodations, and he or she will also receive travel and festival food credit.
