Country newcomer Morgan Wallen made a strong introduction to country radio with the release of his debut single, “The Way I Talk.” Signed with Big Loud Records, home to Chris Lane, Wallen’s new track was the third most added song to radio this week, following David Nail and Carrie Underwood, and has already garnered close to 2 million streams on Spotify to date.
“After many weeks of radio promo tour and meeting tons of great people, the day we get to bring my debut song to Country radio is here,” says Wallen. “I am so blessed and honored to even be given the chance to be on the same dial as the legends then and now. If I named all the people who were a part of this, y’all would be mad at me because it would take so long! So thank you, to everyone (you know who you are). This honestly doesn’t even feel real. I hope you all believe in my music as much as we do!”
