New music is heading to country radio from Carrie Underwood as the superstar is gearing up to release her new single, “Dirty Laundry.” On the heels of celebrating her 24th No. 1 single “Church Bells,” the new track is set to impact country radio on August 22. Written by Zach Crowell, Ashley Gorley and Hillary Lindsey, “Dirty Laundry” serves as the fourth single to be released from her latest album, Storyteller.
“I love the relaxed groove of the song combined with the vengeful storyline,” says Underwood. “That combination of strong, empowering lyrics set against the cool, laid-back sound, puts a new spin on the subject matter that feels really fresh and cool.”
