As Jake Owen readies the release of his forthcoming fifth studio album, American Love set for release on July 29, the RCA Nashville recording artist has several performance dates lined up in New York City during release week.

The highly anticipated album features lead single “American Country Love Song” as well as ten additional new tracks that Owen has a strong connection with. “There are a lot of things on this record that have been said before, but it is the feeling of the songs, the sonic nature of them and the lyrics that will make it different than what people have heard before,” says Owen. “I feel a real connection to these songs and it’s my hope that other people will too.”

Jake Owen will bring his “American Country Love Song” to ABC’s Good Morning America on August 1. The date also holds a significant meaning to the singer/songwriter as ten years earlier on the first of August, Jake made his national television debut on the set of Good Morning America.

In addition to his performance on GMA, the country superstar will also showcase new music from American Love with an Album Release Show in Madison Square Park on August 3. The FREE show starts at 7pm EST. More details can be found here.

American Love will be available on July 29 at retail stores and digital music outlets. The album is available for pre-order now on iTunes, order your copy here.
