Exciting News Nashville Fans!!! Not just fans of the city of Nashville, but fans of the drama hit tv series “Nashville.” After the season final of season 4, the ABC network did not renew the popular show’s contract. But…. have no fear! CMT, Hulu, Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF) and ABC Studio have made the exciting announcement that the beloved “Nashville” tv show will return with a brand new season and air on CMT.
In addition, you now won’t have to worry about missing an episode of your favorite drama. Hulu, an online streaming network, will have all episodes of “Nashville” available for streaming the day after aired on CMT.

The wave of love and appreciation they have unleashed for ‘Nashville’ has been overwhelming,” said Brian Philips, President of CMT. “‘Nashville’ is a perfect addition to our evolving line-up of big music specials, documentaries, and original series. We see our fans and ourselves in this show and we will treasure it like no other network. Nashville belongs on CMT.”
