Dot Records recording artist, Drake White, is set to release his debut album SPARK on August 19. The exciting news was delivered on the red carpet at the 2016 CMT Music Awards. Featuring lead single, “Livin’ The Dream,” the highly anticipated new album, produced by Ross Copperman and Jeremy Stover, will house 12 tracks, 10 of which White co-wrote.

Deemed as “One of the country’s most energizing performers” from Rolling Stone Country, Drake also revealed the track listing and cover art for this forthcoming debut album. The album cover for SPARK is a personal one and delves in to who Drake really is. It is not just a silhouette of an image of the singer/songwriter, but so much more. It includes images and memories that are deeply personal to him such his wife Alex, his hometown church where his grandfather was a preacher, his dog Writer and several other significant relics.

“Since we began this journey – working on the album – I knew I wanted the title to be SPARK,” said White who Billboard calls, “confident, energetic presence with a mix of gravel, soul and gospel in his voice.”

He continued, “The idea of starting a big fire from a tiny spark has always been so intriguing to me. That’s the way I live my life; starting with a small plan and then it becomes this dream I didn’t know how to dream.”

SPARK will be available for pre-order beginning June 24. Leading up to the album release, select tracks will become available instantly leading up to the August 19 release date.
