The world premiere of country star Cam’s new music video “Mayday” is live now on People.com! The entire clip as well as a behind-the-scenes feature can be streamed here.

In the video, the Arista Nashville/RCA Records singer/songwriter takes on an Amelia Earhart-inspired role. Directed by Daniel Carberry, it was filmed at the Planes of Fame Museum in Chino, California and a water facility in Acton, California. The video treatment was written by Cam, Lindsay Marias and Carberry. “Mayday,” Cam’s current Top 40 single, was-written by Cam and Tyler Johnson.

Cam’s new clip is a follow-up to her video debut, “Burning House,” which earlier this week received three CMT Music Awards nominations for Video of the Year, Female Video of the Year and Breakthrough Video of the Year. Cam, Chris Stapleton and label-mate Carrie Underwood were the most-nominated artists for this year’s CMT Music Awards which will air live  from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on June 8th, 8 pm ET/PT. “Burning House” was also nominated for Video of the Year at the 2016 ACM Awards. At the ACMs; Cam was the most-nominated artist with a total of six nods.

The “Mayday” video premiere coincides with the launch of Dierks Bentley’s Somewhere On A Beach Tour on which Cam is the opening talent through September. In January and February, she opened for Brad Paisley on his Crushin’ It Tour.
