As country radio anticipates the official impact of their debut single, “Long Live Tonight,” compelling new Arista Nashville band LANco releases its 4-song EP, Extended Play! Produced by Jay Joyce (Eric Church, Emmylou Harris, Little Big Town, Carrie Underwood, Zac Brown Band), the featured tracks include the lead single and “We Do,” “American Love Story” and “Trouble Maker.”  Download “Extended Play” here.

Starting with a performance at Tortuga Music Festival in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on April 17, the 5-man band hits the road for a number of outdoor festival and concert events to showcase what Billboard refers to as their “exuberant concert persona and progressive brand of country.” Other festival stops include the Watershed Festival in George, WA on July 29, and Lollapalooza in Chicago, IL on July 31, with more to be announced.

As its official country radio impact approaches, “Long Live Tonight” is poised to become an important song in the soundtrack to the summer of ’16. Tempo and lyrically appropriate, the song which was co-penned by Jason Reeves and LANco lead vocalist and group founder Brandon Lancaster,  is “an anthem that pulls liberally from modern rock,” reports Rolling Stone Country which named the group one of their 10 New Aritsts You Need To Know! “The five guys who make up LANco…bring their own unique influences to the table, resulting in a rich mash-up of contemporary country and gleaming pop,” Rolling Stone Country went on to report. “No less than Jay Joyce jumped at the chance to produce them, putting the focus on anthems, the bands specialty.”

Well-timed with the release of LANco’s EP, the track “American Love Story,” is included in an episode of the newly-launched Netflix original series The Ranch.  Episode 9 “There Goes My Life” is the one in which this song, written by Brandon Lancaster, is featured.  The Ranch stars Ashton Kutcher, Debra Winger, Sam Elliott, Danny Masterson and Elisha Cuthbert.

Formed in 2012, LANco already been pegged as an artist to watch, chosen for CMT’s 2016 LISTEN UP campaign, which recognizes new stars on the verge of breaking out, while Spotify selected LANco among its Spotlight on 2016 Country artists, its annual list of the best new artists that they believe fans will come to love this year. LANco recently attended SXSW and literally performed all over Austin, TX. Key highlights included the Spotify House, Cumulus’ NASH Live!, the PlayStation House and Audience Network’s roof top concert series which will air in the future on AT&T DirecTV.  LANco also was featured in SONY PlayStation’s Road to SXSW series which is available to 36 million PlayStation users.
