Jake Owen threw the ultimate beach party last weekend with the kick off of his second major nationwide tour – The Days Of Gold Tour 2014. The chart-topping vocalist brought his high-energy show and the warm weather fun to packed arenas in Brookings, SD (3/20), Fargo, ND (3/21) and Bemidji, MN (3/22).
Igniting the feel-good atmosphere were tiki bars overflowing with fans flanking the stage and a nautical themed set. Following the tour’s opening night, The Brookings Register notes “he puts on one heck of a beach party.”
The huge party will continue as the 55-city plus tour goes through October and wraps in Jake’s hometown of Vero Beach, FL. The sizzling run also stars the Eli Young Band* along with Parmalee*, Thomas Rhett* and The Cadillac Three. (*select dates).
Jake’s current single “Beachin’” is quickly climbing the Country Radio charts and is from his latest RCA Nashville album DAYS OF GOLD. The party anthem is the follow-up to the vivacious “Days of Gold.”
