Earlier this week, Chase Rice debuted his “Ready Set Roll” music video exclusively on CMT. Featuring live footage from several of Rice’s sold-out headlining shows during Live Nation’s Ones To Watch – Ready Set Roll Tour, the video was directed by Jeff Ray and captures the high energy and audience interaction that has helped Rice build a loyal fan base from city to city across the nation.
“Ready Set Roll” was penned by Rhett Akins, Chris Destefano and Rice, who co-wrote every song on his EP of the same name. Both the EP and the single topped the iTunes Country Albums and iTunes Country Songs charts, respectively, and “Ready Set Roll” has sold more than 180,000 units alone. The EP has sold more than 54,000 units since its late November release and more than 200,000 singles, propelled by heavy rotation on SiriusXM’s “The Highway.”
Rice is currently performing headlining dates across the country and will join Billy Currington and Brett Eldredge in March for the We Are Tonight Tour. He will also join Dierks Bentley’s Riser Tour starting in May.
