Gary Allan "Get Off The Pain" CD Review

We’ve had a chance to preview Gary Allan’s cd “Get Off The Pain” the Deluxe Edition and we’ve gotta say it is fantastic!! The incorporation of including live songs on the deluxe edition was such a treat. It makes you picture yourself right in the middle of a Gary Allan concert singing out loud as if you were there. If you had a chance to see Gary Allan in concert then it takes you right back and you start to relive the memory. If you haven’t seen him in concert, hearing these live tracks will make you look and see if he is coming to a town near you.

We were very impressed with all the tracks and see numerous hits from this cd.
“Today” is already a hit single and played widely on country radio throughout the nation.
We have a feeling we will be hearing “Get Off The Pain” on country radio soon as well. Its a fast song that follows up his current hit ballad, however it also includes a lot of passion and it also seems to serve as an auto-biography for Gary.

Gary co-wrote 5 of the 10 songs on the cd including “No Regrets” which is full of raw emotions about his wife who has passed away. “I feel like I’m always going to be writing songs about Ange.” Allan says.

Gary Allan will be touring with Brooks and Dunn on second leg of “The Last Rodeo Tour”. You can view his complete list of tour dates on his official website:

Get Off The Pain hits the stores on Tuesday, March 9th. Be sure to pick up a copy as you will enjoy it as much as we do!!
