One of country’s bad boys is back with a striking new song. Brantley Gilbert has released “Bottoms Up,” the first single from his upcoming album.

“Bottoms Up,” a dark sounding song showcasing Gilbert’s signature gritty voice, will quickly have you listening on repeat. His fans have been waiting very impatiently for new material and he doesn’t disappoint. As the title suggests, the new single is about filling up your cup, cutting loose, and enjoying the company you’re with.

With familiar themes like sitting on the tail gate of your truck and flirting with cute girls, this is just a fun country song. “Everyone feeling alright…damn right, cause tonight it’s bottoms up, throw it on down, rock this quiet little country town and get up.” In times where we all get stressed, this song is the perfect outlet. Each of us wish we could escape for a while and just have fun in the midst of everything we deal with.  “Bottoms Up” captures that feeling of freedom and could quickly become the first real big anthem of 2014.

“Bottoms Up” is set to impact country radio on January 13.  Until then, grab your copy of “Bottoms Up” on iTunes now by clicking HERE.

  1. Love Brantley’s New single! He’s a little bit Rock n’ Roll and a whole lot of Country! BG Nation Rocks!

  2. Just awful when compared to his other music. This sounds like something that would be released by one of country’s recent hardcore sell outs (Shelton, McGraw, Bryan). Just effing awful. Hopefully this isn’t an indication of his new album’s sound, because the hip hop beat just ruined this song, and the lyrics are so far below Brantley’s standard that it isn’t even funny.
