Tyler Hubbard (from Monroe, Georgia) and Brian Kelley (Ormond Beach, Florida) of Florida Georgia Line were invited to become honorary “Friends and Family” members of the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum yesterday (10/16) afternoon.

The rising country/rock duo has been quickly garnering buzz among fans, media and superstars (Taylor Swift, Keith Urban and Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles) alike with their Top 15, Gold-certified single, “Cruise.” With the release of their Republic Nashville debut album, HERE’S TO THE GOOD TIMES, on December 4, they will showcase more of their electrifying, hard-driving rock sound and compelling tunes. Fans can catch FGL’s energetic live show during the 11th annual “CMT ON TOUR” with headliner Jake Owen in cities across the country through December. In 2013, they will join Luke Bryan’s “DIRT ROAD DAIRIES TOUR.”
