Congratulations to the Eli Young Band!!! “Crazy Girl,” has been certified GOLD by the RIAA for sales of over 500,000 downloads. The single made its debut at #1 on iTunes and has sold an average of 40,000 downloads a week for the last month. With sales of over 650,000 downloads to date, this week, the song climbs to #18 on Billboard Country Songs Chart and #17 on the USA Today/Country Aircheck powered by Mediabase chart. This Monday, the band stopped by Republic Nashville to receive their Gold plaques.
“When you walk into a recording studio, you see these gold records on the wall and wonder what it takes to get there,” said bassist Jon Jones. “We’re very lucky “Crazy Girl” is gold. Making a gold record has been one of our goals since we started making music. It’s a dream come true for us!”
