Kenny Chesney is set to rock the stage at New Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey on Saturday, August 13th.  As reported previously, Chesney’s Goin’ Coastal Tour has already topped last year’s concert at New Meadowlands Stadium by The Eagles, Dixie Chicks and Keith Urban in sales and is the single biggest ticketed country show in the NY/NJ area since Willie Nelson was joined by Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings and Linda Ronstadt at Giants Stadium in 1983.

While Kenny is gearing up for his big show tomorrow night, he made a stop at the NY Jets Stadium today.  “Spending time with Rex Ryan today was like spending time with a brother you never met. It was like the first time I met Sammy Hagar,” Chesney told newyorkjets.com. “I felt like I’d known Sammy all my life, like my buddies out here on the road with me. I felt the same way about Rex and the same way about Brian [Schottenheimer]. ”

Kenny also caught up for interview, watch it HERE.

Tickets are still available for tomorrow’s event and can be purchased by clicking HERE.  The lineup for the event in addition to Kenny Chesney includes Uncle Kracker, Billy Currington and Zac Brown Band.
