Jacob Lyda Performs For NASCAR Fans At Michigan International Speedway

This past weekend, the Irish Hills were alive with the sound of – Jacob Lyda.

Davis Music Group’s Jacob Lyda performed at Michigan International Speedway on Saturday the 18th, as part of the post-race entertainment for the thousands of NASCAR fans that turned out for the Alliance Truck Parts 250 Nationwide Series race that night.  Opening for Emerson Drive, Jacob and his band kick-started the free concert on the Jagermeister Stage with songs from his upcoming album, including his latest single, “I’m Doing Alright.” Afterwards, Jacob met with fans and signed autographs for the assembled racing fans.
Before the race, however, racing fan Lyda had the opportunity to tour Pit Row at MIS, including a stop at the finish line (pictured above)

Coming up for Lyda is a Fourth of July performance at the Fort Campbell, KY military base. The free concert with Laura Bell Bundy, open to the public, is part of the “Welcome Home” festivities taking place at the Army installation.
