Sara Evans is back & “stronger” than ever as she is gearing up to release her latest album entitled Stronger on March 8th. While it has been six years since the last release of a studio album, Sara did not miss a beat and has picked up right where she left off giving fans a fulfilling album filled with fantastic vocals and inspiring songs, six of which she co-wrote. Stronger also includes a bluegrass version of her popular hit single “Born To Fly” as well as a fabulous re-make of Rod Stewart’s popular hit from the 80’s “My Heart Can’t Tell You No”.
Stronger starts off with “Desperately” showcasing Evan’s amazing vocals right from the start with the upbeat tune as she sings about being loved & adored. “A Little Bit Stronger” has been a song that fans have embraced since its release as the message within speaks volumes coupled with Sara’s powerful delivery. The remake of “My Heart Can’t Tell You No” is fantastic and is sure to be a hit single once again! Sara takes the popular hit song from back in the 80’s by Rod Stewart and puts her own fresh, unique twist on it; giving the song a whole new sound. “What That Drink Cost Me” is another standout song on the album that tugs at the heartstrings as Evans sings about a wife losing her husband in an accident from drinking & driving. “Ticket To Ride” is an upbeat fun, catchy tune about a gal who falls for a guy on plane, while “Alone” exposes the vulnerable side of Sara as she sings a beautiful ballad of being in love but still needing time alone. Concluding the new album is one of Sara’s #1 hits “Born To Fly” which she recorded as a bluegrass version. The song still resonates even after all these years from its original release and takes you back to Sara’s roots in country music.
Stronger hits the shelves on Tuesday, March 8th and is filled with 10 fantastic songs that your are sure to love as much as we did. Definitely be sure to pick a copy up at your local retail store or click HERE to buy it on iTunes.
