In celebration of the year’s top country artists, the glamorous CMT ARTISTS OF THE YEAR celebration will feature a delicious new guest star, chocolate truffles inspired by each of the night’s honorees that include Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift and Zac Brown Band.
These signature truffles were created by Nashville-based chocolate artisan Bethany Thouin of The Cocoa Tree who worked to create a unique taste reminiscent of each honored guest. A box featuring the five truffles will be given to each attendee at the elegant affair that also features a dinner designed by three James Beard Award-winning chefs. The 90-minute special, CMT ARTISTS OF THE YEAR, honoring this year’s top country artists and hosted by Kevin Costner, premieres Friday, December 3 from 8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., ET/PT on CMT and CMT.com.
