Darius & Friends Raised Over $48,000 For St. Jude's Children's Hospital

Darius Rucker hosted his first annual “Darius And Friends” benefit concert event this past Monday evening, June 7th, at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville to benefit St. Judes Children’s Hospital.

Darius and Friends; Jake Owen, Randy Houser, Jamey Johnson and Radney Foster put on a fantastic evening to a sold-out crowd. Over $48,000 was raised for the St. Judes Children’s Hospital.

“The friends joining me for this benefit concert all share the same dream I do for a cancer free world, but until that can happen, we need to raise awareness and funds for this incredible organization,” says Rucker.

Surprise guest Kid Rock helped close out the show as the entire group sang “Family Tradition”.

Darius Rucker performed for the first time his single “Come Back Song” which will debut on radio airwaves June 28th. This is Rucker’s first single off his upcoming album due to release this fall in October.
